Refund/Return Policy

Vases by DK is a premier source of fine quality home decor products in the United States. We value our customers and seek to fulfill their needs. Our mission is to provide our customers low to midpriced quality glass and metal vases along with vase accessories. We truly understand that there may be many reasons to return an item and we have formulated a policy that will benefit you the customer and Vases by DK. In line with this objective, our Refund/Return policy is a follows:

• Items shipped and are damaged upon receipt shall be replaced at no charge
• No returns are permitted without prior authorization from Vases by DK
  
• All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee
• Claims must be reported to Customer Service within (7) days of receipt of the product(s)
• In-house credit can be issued for claims or returns. Cash or check will be issued only upon review by the Management of Vases by DK, with a prompt response on or before (7) days from a verified claim
