Here at Vases by DK we know that the World Wide Web can be quite intimidating, with several unscrupulous companies on the Internet that are unethical to say the least. We like to answer all questions that come to mind, and even those that don't. • Q: Who is "Vases by DK"? How long have you been in business?
• A: Vases by DK developed this website in February, 2009. Once the website has shown a steady growth pattern it will be placed under the umbrella of "Eleusian Enterprises, Inc., a Nevada Corporation established since 2006. The stockholders for the corporation have combined over 30 plus years of Marketing and Interior Decorating experience.
  
• Q: What is your refund/return policy?

• A: No returns are permitted without prior authorization from Vases by DK. All returns will be subject ro a 25% restocking fee. Claims must be reported to Customer Service within (7) days of receipt of the product(s)Only in-house credit will be issued for claims or returns. NO cash or check will be issued. 

• Q:  How do I find out if certain items come in different colors, sizes and materials?
• A:  Typically, if a vase has other colors or sizes it will be noted on the description. However, there are occassions that information is not on the website. If that's the case feel free to contact us at Customer Service 866-701-7659 or email us at customerservice@vasesbydk.com and you will have a response within 24 hours.
  
• Q: How do I navigate on your website?
• A: We have made our website very user friendly. On our Homepage, immediately on your left you will find links such as "Products, Clear vases, etc.", these are links that you may access to view our spectacular collection of glass vases, and metal too. However, the (3) vases on the Homepage are links to those categories of vases as well. You will find vases in all price ranges from under $10.00 to $100.00 plus. At the bottom of our homepage there are links to contact us, privacy policy, our shipping policy and more. These links are here for you to find out more about how we conduct business, and you will be very pleased to know that we will have an answer to your question(s) within 24 hours. On the right side you will find your shopping cart total, you will also find your total on your check-out page. There are (2) banners for our hot new products and our unbeatable clearance products. They are both links that will take you right there, just click and shop.

  A: The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. • Q: If I buy anything, does that mean I will be automatically added to House of Vases email list?
• A: No. Providing us with your information to send you updates, clearance specials and other special buys is completely voluntary. When you make a purchase with us, you will be given the opportunity to join our email list and blog community by an automatic email that will be sent to your email address. If you do not want to participate in any of our promotions simply opt out on that email, and it's as simple as that.|
  
• Q: Is there any difference in price for any of your items if I do join your email list or blog community?
• A:  Absolutely! Vases by DK is always on the prowl for it's customers. We have several vendors that know we have a very succesful website and use our site as way to dispose of clearance, outdated, and close-out items at really phenomenal prices! We do not exceed a certain amount of markup on these already extremely low priced items. So, without being included on our email list or blog community you will be missing some outstanding savings on all sorts of Home Decor products.

• Q:  Your prices seem to be a little higher than your competitions, why is that?
• A:  Yes, on our retail prices showing on our website we are slightly higher than some of our competition and lower than others. What's most important for you to know is that our competition has sales periodically, while we offer you a 15% discount on everything, and not on occassions, but everyday, and it will always remain that way for our customers.
  
• Q:  How are your shipping rates and on-time delivery service & shipping?
• A:  It is important that we have a shipper that gets the job done. We offer you security, with some of the best shipping rates available. We use a little company by the name of UPS and offer all of their shipping methods for your convenience. You may, if you would like, add insurance for even greater security for your purchases. UPS automatically insures you the customer and Vases by DK for up to $100.00 for each package delivered. If your purchase exceeds $100.00 you may consider insuring your package for the remaining balance of your purcahse price for added assurance. Some items although light in weight can be over the size limit which can also increase your shipping costs. The dependability and on-time delivery of UPS shipping is second to none and your order will be at your home on time, on your scheduled delivery date. We are not in the shipping business, in that regard, it is not our policy to exceed the actual shipping costs, we simply pass the cost of shipping to you the customer.
